Hey, it's Lindy
My bands dissolved in the pandemic, so I began teaching 60 second guitar lessons on social media. I established myself as a teacher and grew rapidly.
I actually got my start nine years ago as a touring guitarist. My experience is deeply rooted in live shows. My career has been broad with live shows. I performed at Comedy ClusterFest to a sold out Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, Women's Music Fest, and shared the stage with Lita Ford, Tia Carrere, Chris Gethard, Ilana Glazer, and Abbi Jacobson.
I worked at a production studio that wrote music for films, games, and TV and my music appears in IMAX, Gears of War 5, and the NHL.
I personally mentor promising students on an invite-only basis. Two of my mentees have been hired professionally before the age of 18.

All Genres
I play all genres. Being able to compare genres is incredibly helpful to songwriters. A specific chord voicing may be common in pop, but that chord is rarely used in metal. I'll show you the application of genre-specific knowledge.
Music Theory
Music theory doesn't have to be difficult. I simplify complex topics, making them easy to understand. I focus on music theory through the lense of songwriting and composing, so guitarists can use these concepts to write riffs and songs.
